Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), as part of Mill Expansion Plan TNPL invites a bids for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Erection and Commissioning of RCC Cooling Tower (3 X 3500 CuM/Hr). The Bidder should be a reputed manufacturer  having designed, manufactured and supplied at least two (2) RCC cooling tower of warm water capacity not less than 7000 m^3/hr with single cell capacity not less than 3000 m^3/hr in the past five (5) years.

A complete set of Bid Document for each of the above equipment may be purchased by any interested vendor on the submission of a written application to TNPL and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Indian Rupees 5000 /- by way of Banker's Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited, payable at Karur, from the following address:

A single stage, two-envelope (Technical Bid and Price Bid envelopes) bidding procedure will be followed. All Bids must be delivered to the office of TNPL not later than 15.00 hours on March 15, 2010. Technical Bids will be opened at 16.00 hours on the same day in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend. TNPL reserves the right to qualify the bids received and/or reject any or all the bids, without assigning any reasons.
