Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) is establishing a 300tpd De-inking pulp plant at its mill site, Kagithapuram. As part of this project, TNPL invites sealed Bids to undertake civil works for Construction of De-Inking Plant complex.
The bidder shall be a reputed contractor of Civil construction work and should have executed a minimum of two Industrial type of construction works of value not less than Rs.20 crore each (inclusive of cost of cement and steel), against single order in the last 5 years.
A complete set of Bid Document may be purchased by any interested bidder on submission of a written application to TNPL and on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000/- by Banker's Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited, payable at Karur, from the following address: |

Alternatively, the Bidders can request for the Bid Document at free of cost from the above e-mail id or the links available from web sites: www.tnpl.co.in/ www.tnpltenders.com/ www.tenders.tn.gov.in and the fee can be remitted while submitting the bids.
A single stage, two-envelope (Technical Bid and Price Bid envelopes) bidding procedure will be followed. All Bids must be delivered to the office of TNPL not later than 15.00 hours on August 10, 2010. Technical Bids will be opened at 16.00 hours on the same day in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
TNPL reserves the right to qualify the bids received and/or reject any or all the bids, without assigning any reasons. |
