Tamilnadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) invites sealed Bids for supply of Advanced Automated Paper Testing Laboratory System for Paper Machine. The bidder shall be a reputed manufacturer of Automated paper testing system and should have at least Two (2) reference operating installations of such system supplied in the past five (5) years.

A complete set of Bid Document may be purchased by any interested vendor on the submission of a written application to TNPL and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US Dollars 125 or Euro 100 or Indian Rupees 5,000 by Banker’s Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited, payable at Karur,

Alternatively, the Bid Document can be requested through email from the above mail id and the fee can be remitted while submitting the bids.

A single stage, two-envelope (Technical Bid and Price Bid envelopes) bidding procedure will be followed. All Bids must be delivered to the office of TNPL not later than 15.00 hours on 5th March, 2010. Technical Bids will be opened at 16.00 hours on the same day in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

TNPL reserves the right to qualify the bids received and/or reject any or all the bids, without assigning any reasons therefor.
