Interested Suppliers may either download the tender documents  from Web sites www.tnpl.com / www.tenders.tn.gov.in or obtain from Assistant General Manager (Purchase) at the above said address on payment of non-refundable tender fee of Rs.500/- by way of DD drawn in favour of TAMIL NADU NEWSPRINT AND PAPERS LIMITED, payable at KARUR. TNPL will follow two bid system i.e. Technical-cum-commercial bid and Price Bid for the above procurement.
