Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Supply, Erection supervision, Start-up and commissioning of one Centrifugal Air Compressor of capacity 2000 Nm3/hr at TNPL Unit II for TM#5 project

NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR DESIGN, ENGINEERING, MANUFACTURE, SUPPLY, ERECTION SUPERVISION, START-UP AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE CENTRIFUGAL AIR COMPRESSOR OF CAPACITY 2000 NM3/HR AT TNPL UNIT II FOR TM#5 PROJECT

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), which owns and successfully operates a 200,000 tpa Multilayer Coated Board Mill at Mondipatti, Trichy District (Unit 2) in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, is embarking upon a Mill Expansion Plan.

TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Supply, Erection supervision, Start-up and commissioning of one Centrifugal Air Compressor of capacity 2000 Nm3/hr at TNPL Unit II for TM#5 project” as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

The Bidder shall be of reputed manufacturer of Centrifugal Air compressor having designed, manufacture and supplied at-least Five (5) Centrifugal Air Compressor of capacity not less than 2000 Nm3/hr with operating pressure not less than 7 Kg/Cm2 in the past five (5) years which are successful in operation for at-least 6 months.
