NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR SUPPLY OF 11KV HT CABLES FOR RSPS#2 IN TNPL UNIT-I

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TNPL”) own and operates an integrated pulp and paper manufacturing facility at Kagithapuram (Unit I) and Mondipatti (Unit II) in the state of Tamil Nadu. The paper mill manufactures different varieties of paper and is one of the major producers of Printing & writing and Paper Boards in India.

TNPL invites sealed Bids for Supply of 11kV HT Cables for RSPS#2 in TNPL Unit-I.

TNPL invites Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of 11kV HT Cables for RSPS-2 in TNPL Unit-I and fulfilment of guaranteed performance of the equipment, as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app)

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only.  The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of Materials / Works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria

The Bidder shall be a reputed manufacturer having designed, manufactured and supplied XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed HT cables suitable for 11 kV voltage grade and above rating atleast 50 km in the past five (5) years.

The bidder should have successfully executed atleast two (2) orders for supply of 11 kV & above rating cable of 300 & above sq.mm Ar. Al. cable with value not less than Rs.30 lakhs in the last three (3) financial years (April 2021 to March 2024). Performance certificate to be enclosed.

The bidder should be an ISO 9001 Certified manufacturer for quality management system.

The bidder should have been registered and established manufacturer. The financial results of the firm should be sound enough. It should not have suffered any financial loss for the preceding 3 years ending 31/03/2024. The firm shall enclose copy of audited balance sheet and profit & loss account statement.

The bidder shall provide the documentary evidence for meeting the above qualification criteria along with technical bid.
