NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY OF BUTTERFLY VALVES (NON-IBR) FOR RSPS#2 PROJECT AT TNPL UNIT-I, KAGITHAPURAM, KARUR

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TNPL”), owns and operates successfully a 400,000 tpa printing and writing paper mill at Kagithapuram and 200,000 tpa Multilayer paper board manufacturing unit at a Manapparai, Trichy District, in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, while the existing mill at Kagithapuram is referred as TNPL Unit – I.

TNPL invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Design, Manufacture and Supply of Butterfly Valves (Non-IBR) (herein after called “Equipment) for RSPS#2 Project, as per the scope of this Bid Document through E-Procurement portal (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app).

The bidding procedure is electronic bid submission through the website (https://tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app) only. The bidder can logon to this website and view the invitation for Bids and details of works for which the bid is invited.

Qualification Criteria:

• Bidder should be a ISO 9001 certified manufacturer or should be a sole distributor of ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of Butterfly Valves and should have executed at least two single orders of value of not less than Rs.10 lakhs each for supply of Butterfly Valves during past five (5) years’’

“Bidder must provide documentary evidence for meeting the above pre-qualification criteria”.
